Why are you cuffing me — Omah Lay asks Ugandan Police officers

after being handcuffed in court alongside singer Tems’ manager, Muyiwa Awoniyi. 

Plans of Omah Lay, Tems and Muyiwa being released on Ugandan police bond has been suspended, after their case file was sanctioned by the Office of the DPP

They are being charged with “negligently doing acts likely to spread an infectious disease” after performing in the country over the weekend. They were remanded in prison custody and are to appear before a Ugandan High court on Wednesday, December 16
